"If I could give zero stars I would! We had the most HORRIBLE experience with Christan/Nighthawk!!! We had a 3 phase home addition that was to be done in 6 months. It took 11 months and he only made it thru phase 2. He took our money then proceeded to only show up once a week for most of the project!! He left our roof off - exposing our home to extensive damage that he ignored - for 3 MONTHS!!!! He claimed we were a priority project to him and yet never showed up. And to add insult to injury the work he did was AWFUL! Framing was left exposed to the elements so long it grew mold (that we had to treat on our own dime) and the inside framing was so wrong that we had to rip it down and fix on our own. Beware of a sheep in wolfs clothing. Christian talks a good game and you'll believe he is a good guy/business man but he did us sooooo wrong!!! All I can say is do not make the same mistake we did - go with someone else!!!!"

"Perfect. I enjoyed getting to sit in the storm shelters at their showroom to help with size selection. After signing up for the install, they connect you to an online portal to manage the contract and to update building permit number, etc. Installation was prompt and clean."

Hands on owner, who does and oversees the majority of the work, at times employing sub-contractors to work with me on jobs requiring specialized licenses, major plumbing,electrical and HVAC. Projects are always completed and if problems arise after the work is done, we will come back and try to resolve to everyone's satisfaction, not just leave you hanging. A lot of jobs obtained by word of mouth and we have many returning customers & references. We try to stay flexible & accommodating to the specialized needs of all our customers and do all we can to achieve the highest customer satisfaction possible. This is very important to us, and something we don't take lightly. A happy customer is a returning customer; and we want all our customers to be returning customers.

"I bought a metal shop through Alans Factory Outlet and Carolina Carports was their supplier. Took 4 weeks from date of order to original install date. I received a phone call stating installation would be pushed out 1 day because of bad weather. Next day when the install crew showed up, they tell me they knew nothing about bad weather. They had an issue with their truck. Then the installers tell me they are going to have to charge me an extra $1000 to install my building because they did not know how they were getting the material to the concrete pad. I showed them the drive up from my driveway to the pad, they said they could not make it with a 30' trailer. How was I supposed to know they were showing up with a 30' trailer??? They parked at the top of the hill in my neighborhood, said they were afraid to come down the hill. Next they tell me that they can just drop off the material and I can figure out the installation. If you can drop off the material, what was the original issue coming down the hill? They took off and said sorry, you'll have to reschedule the install and that will be at least 2-4 more weeks. No, I'm not doing that, you screwed up this install with poor communication. I couldn't tell you how many people I had to deal with between Alan's and Carolina, but it was ridiculous. I took the pictures they requested beforehand. If they needed anything else from me, they should have asked. I paid for delivery and installation and now they're trying to nickel and dime me for more money. When I called both companies to discuss this, they both had the mentality of "sucks to be you, you'll have to pay what the installers want". Even their management stated there was nothing they could do. WHAT A JOKE BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES ARE!! DO NOT BOTHER WITH EITHER ONE."
