"Sam arrived when scheduled. Had springs with him and replaced the sprung one as well as the unsprung one. He discovered that our garage door was a lot heavier than the newer doors, so he said that he would come back with stronger springs for our garage door. The lighter springs were left installed so that we would be able to come and go through our garage. The next day he was back with the heavier springs and the cost remained the same. He was very professional and we would definitely call on his company again."
