"Steve was our serviceman today, he has done work for us once before. He was punctual and professional. He checked out our aging water heater and gave me quotes to repair or replace. Will call again for service and recommend to my friends."

"He arrived on time and did a great job finding and fixing a leak beneath a bathtub from the tub drain and also rebuilt the tub/shower valve in that tub that was old and leaky. I showed him our hot water heater that was very old and beginning to leak and he replaced that the very next day. All work was done professionally and very meticulously, and his prices for the work were very fair. I couldn't be happier that I decided to use Paul and will definitely use him for some other plumbing projects in the near future!"

"Repairs done in timely manner. Frank explained whatâ s wrong and expectations on how long can the water heater last before possibly replacing it"

"Called Dexter Wells & Plumbing and John was about to come out the same day and the very next day installed a new well pump and pressure tank for us. We are very pleased with the services received. John is a very nice man and definitely knows what he is talking about when it came to our issue. Would without a doubt recommend them and use them again."

"We thought it was the element on the hot water heater but it ended up being one of the plumbing lines was leaking so they had to replace the line. The element, fortunately, was fine. The price was a little higher than I wanted to pay but they were very good and kept me posted as they were working."

"I had this company out to install a tankless water heater. They have Fast, Friendly and Affordable Service. My technician Tyler took the time to explain everything to me. Thank you for all of your help"

"These were really nice guys and they did a good job but they're were a few areas where they could improve. The shower water blender is reversed, so hot and cold are switched from what it says on the hardware. The outdoor water spigot was installed without screws so it swivels slightly. We can fix that easily but they should have secured it with screws. They needed to leave to get a party, and both went. It would have been more efficient our one stayed to do the other repair while the other went shopping. More efficient and more economical to save time on the job. These were really nice young guys, respectful and responsive."

"Thank you so much for excellent service. Osman was prompt, professional, and clearly explained what needed to be done. I called Saturday morning, by early afternoon the problem was fixed. I trust all my plumbing needs to ARS and Rescue Rooter. This isn't the first time I used ARS, ARS replaced by water heater."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
