"<hr /> After obtaining several quotes for the project we ultimately decided to use Outdoor Escapes for our projects.  Many of the other contractors were focused on just the patio with no landscaping or lavish landscaping with minimal patio features.  Matt listened to what we wanted and brought us a design that we loved that was also well within our budget. He willingly took us to see work he has done in the area and walked us through the project. The patio was installed in just over a month and without issue. "The patio job went flawlessly and I would recommend them for stone work. The second job was to remove plants, build a stone wall and put in new plants. The removal and stone work went great. The new plants were installed nicely. One of the larger conical boxwood had a small bare spot at the one bottom side but I assumed it would grow back. Plants were guaranteed for a year. I have now attempted to contact them 4 times as both azaleas have died and the one flawed boxwood has gotten worse. They have never responded back. I would highly recommend them for stone work but not for any planting. <br />"

"Very well. My chimney brick was made of old street pavers that were deteriorating and crumbling after 25 years. I had treated and sealed the chimney several times, even plastering over it once, but eventually after 12 years of trying alternatives, I realized that the bad brick needed replacement. I also have a steel roof which can be dented if workers aren't careful, so I wanted a Chimney Contractor that would work with my Roof Installer collaboratively to ensure the chimney got replaced without leaving me a damaged roof. After contacting several chimney contractors, only Full Service Chimney and 2 others convinced me they could do the job, so I asked them for quotes. Full Service Chimney charged $175 for a full pre-inspection and quote for a chimney replacement, but would apply the $175 to my order cost if they got the contract. During the Pre-Inspection by the Owner's son, he even managed to fix an electric gas fireplace that hadn't worked in 5 years at no extra charge! After getting the 3 quotes, Full Service chimney was from 10 to 15% higher than the others, but they were the only ones that fully convinced me they wanted to do the job right. The Full Service team (including the owner) met my Roofer on site to work out a plan to protect the roof ahead of time and they followed the plan very well, resulting in a very good job, with no roof problems afterword. Even a minor disagreement at the end as to whether my chimney caps were 'good enough' or 'needed replacement' was solved by the Owner meeting with me personally to explain their decision and offer to do whatever was necessary to satisfy me. I decided to keep the upgraded stainless steel caps they provided, and they gave me a discount equaling 150% of the current retail value of the painted steel caps they removed. Full Service Chimney was not the cheapest quote, but for something as important as replacing a chimney, they were certainly the best. I recommend them very strongly. I also credit my Roofing Contractor, Carlos Luna, of Midwest Lifetime Roof Systems for the successful project. Carlos installed my steel roof over 10 years ago, but made several trips to my house during this chimney replacement last month to make sure my roof ("his roof") was protected. If you need a steel roof, Carlos and Lifetime are awesome!"

"We had 3 bids for our patio- and we chose Builder's Stone and Masonry because of their promptness in returning our call and coming out for a bid.  The bid was actually several thousand dollars less than our other bids.  We worked with Chad- and he was wonderful!!!  He stopped by frequently to check on the progress and called every day to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns.  The work crew was friendly and efficient.  We are shocked at how incredible our patio looks for such a fair price.  We ABSOLUTELY recommend this company for any stone work."
