"The first thing was that 3 guys showed up. One was a salesperson. I did not like that at all. I wanted an inspection done not a sales visit,. I feel as though it was bias. It seemed to be a sales visit which should have been free. I did not pay for a sales call but a tech to come out and inspect and advise why I was losing heat. They were professional and nice however, It was more of a sales call than a inspection which was upsetting. in addition, I have no technical writing for the visit."

"The job was to repair / replace rotting wood on a hot tub gazebo. Some of the work was fairly involved; the wood on some roof boards was rotted, as well as on a sliding door.
