"Isaiah Kury did a very good job and I would highly recommend him. He put in a whole house generator for us first. Then we had trouble with our electrical box a year later and ended up putting a New new electric box as well as fix the electrical on our gas furnace that the gas man did not wire right and we kept having trouble. He also installed five ceiling lights for us And I will have him back to replace two more a little bit later on. He is very professional and courteous and so are the men that work for him."

I called him and he was at our home in under 90 minutes, made sure everything was okay on our end, and stayed with me until the electric company arrived to fix the power lines outside our home. "I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
