"After interviewing 5 different roofing companies, I chose Moss Roofing. I liked the fact that Benny, the Project Manager, was going to be present the day the job was done. Benny was great at answering my many questions & offered to bring out roofing samples, e-mail a pic of my roof with sample shingles superimposed on it, & nail some samples to my roof when I was having difficulty choosing a new color of shingle. In addition to the roof being replaced, I also was having my chimney replaced with a chimney cap by a heating/cooling company. Moss had to remove my old chimney & coordinate the roof installation with the chimney cap installation. Everything was done the same day with no issues. There was a small problem with the gutter installation, but Moss took care of it immediately & to my satisfaction. Beverly, the owner, was very professional & followed-up on everything. I was very happy with the work they did!"

Robert is consummate professional - paying close attention to details, concerns & hands on examination of roof. I was impressed w/ his questions re. As long time home owners of older homes we realize the value of maintenance for prevention & repairs as needed for long term stability of a home as well as lowering risk for problems later on . That said - there have been many occasions where a contractor cut corners or didn't relate essential info only to have problems down the road . Most appreciative Robert noted we had no drip edges on garage ( no wonder we had recent wood damage / rot after last roofers work) and suggested installment. Robert coordinated timing for painter wallboard & repairs right away & he & his 2 workers had all work completed exactly as scheduled . "<p>Mr. Stiles did an excellent job.  He was very thorough.  As he cleaned the dryer vents he took pictures before and after the cleaning.  Once he was done with the work (this took nearly 2.5 hours), he had a video presentation that he showed me on his laptop of what he saw, the readings from the dryer vent before and after the cleaning.  Both Mr. Stiles and his assistant wore booties during the time they were in the house (as they had to be in and out of the house).  </p> <p>He did the same regarding the work on the chimney - pictures and a thorough explanation of the work he had done.</p> <p>I have NEVER had a service visit like this one.  I was extremely impressed and have recommended him to family members.  I have already scheduled a follow up visit for next year.</p> <br />"

"Duramax got back to me the same day I called and was out the next day to look at the guttering. I got an estimate for the work that day which was reasonable for the work that needed to be done and told them to go ahead with the repair. The crew was out on Monday, less than a week after I had contacted Duramax, and got the majority of the work done that day. There turned out to be some additional damage that needed to be repaired that took a little longer than expected so they finished up this morning (Wednesday - it rained all day Tuesday; gutter was in place they just needed to close up the underside and clean-up). As with the work that they did on the shingled part of the roof I am delighted with the work Duramax has done."

"Ken worked with me on scheduling so that he could finish on a Saturday while I was there to let him in the house. He recommended stucco restoration vs. a complete teardown of the chimney which would have been much more costly, and he did a nice job installing a fireplace insert with liner and termination cap. He accepted the shipment of my very heavy insert and brought it with him on a Saturday.  Ken and his sons also traveled about 50 miles to get to my house. Overall a very good experience and very satisfied with the work. <br />"

"I stopped in to their showroom to see what it would take to convert my wood burning fireplace to gas. The man that helped me was very knowledgable. He explained it to me in a way I could understand. He showed me all the options and made sure I understood what I would need to do. I purchased the log set while I was there. Then we set up an install date. I called a few days later to request a can of paint to paint my existing door. When the guy came to install the logs he was very professional and personable. He went right to work and as we talked he helped me decide I would be better off with some new doors. He suggested using the paint to paint the back of the fireplace. It has really made a nice difference. Once he was done installing the logs he made sure I knew how to use them. When I got ready to paint the fireplace I turned the pilot light off so it wouldn't catch the paint on fire. When I tried to relight it I had trouble but I called them and they were able to talk me through getting it relit. I was very satisfied with the service and quality of the logs. I graded the price a B only because I am a cheap skate and I thought it was a lot of money for logs. But really did not have anything to compare it to. <br />"
