"I woke up Monday morning to an icy shower and realized the water heater was on the fritz - not a great way to start a Monday! I called and left Doug a message - he called me back within 10 minutes. He gave me a verbal estimate on the phone, met me at home after work on Monday, and I had a new water heater first thing Tuesday morning. No muss, no fuss! Everything was cleaned up and Doug accepted the coupon that was on Angie's List. I would absolutely call him again and recommend him highly!"
