"Our double garage door would not open Saturday night.  I found Reliable Garage Doors on Angie's List and sent Kris a text message explaining my issue.  The garage door would not open - neither through the opener or manually.  The door was too heavy to lift because one of the torsion springs had broken.  Kris responded almost immediately via text and came out Sunday morning at 9AM to help me get it open and take measurements for the replacement springs.  As promised, Kris returned on Monday to replace both springs on our 8' x 18' door.  He even threw in a tune-up for both of our garage doors.  Honest and reliable, just as his company name indicates.  Would highly recommend to anyone with garage door needs.  Thanks again Kris!
