"Although it was a little tough to connect in the beginning (due to summer rush and holiday weekend), once Maria and I connected, things went very smoothly.
She came to my house, measured and provided a quote in a very timely manner.  
I had to go through my HOA, and she was quite helpful. Providing the drawings and contacting J.U.L.I.E. as required by the HOA (and even coming out a second time to get additional details requested by the HOA).
We had set a tentative installation date (pending HOA approval) and were lucky that the HOA approval was received in the nick of time and the weather held out.
The crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly all day to complete the job. When they ran out of bricks, they went back out to buy more.  Maria  was there the entire time overseeing the work.  At one point we had an issue with the level of the patio where the base of the steps and the side of the house were out of sync (huge downward slope).  She noted the issue and provided a sound recommendation which I approved. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the entire area.  They had carefully removed sod, mulch and some of my plants to install the brick patio and when they were done installing, they replaced the sod, mulch and even replanted my flowers.  Impressive!!  Everything washed up (even the handprints on the staircase) and clean.  They were also very careful with the surrounding area.  I live in a townhouse and they used wheel barrels to bring in all the materials.  They were careful not to destroy any of the common area.  This is a huge plus and greatly appreciated.  
Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend LDP.  I love my new patio - even though it is small, it adds a whole new room for me outdoors.  Wish I could add pictures, it turned out great!!"

Jose spent significant time visiting with us and detailing the project specifics; even went with us to the stone company to pick out the exact type of bluestone and brick pavers. He also communicated with us routinely, always answering calls promptly. The installation was excellent; no shortcuts at all - they are perfectionists in the foundation preparations, stone cutting and sloping for proper water draining. I am quite picky in repairs and modifications to our home and Environmental Landscaping certainly exceeded our expectations - they even made a live edge on the bluestone used for the porch area. Great value & quality for price, and the men worked hard!! We could not be more happier with the finished product. In fact, we will be using them on other projects now."

"My first experience with Pavercare told me that we would be life long customers!
We have a 1,200 square foot patio of concreate with brick insets.  Prior contractors we had used didn't do any better than we had on our own using bleach and our powerwasher.
The gentleman that arrived, Gaspar, was punctual, kind, and professional.  Not only did he perform the service but also pulled out weeds along our patio that I hadn't had a chance to get to.  Our patio never looked better... he literally made the concrete and brick look new!
Not only did he do the cleaning, but also set our patio back up (we had moved our grill, table, chairs out of his way)!  Talk about service above and beyond! 
The final touch was that he closed our gate to our backyard when he left... might not seem like much, but you'd be surprised how many contractors just leave and don't bother to close a gate...
 
The price was literally half of what we had been charged by other so-called concrete professionals.
