Due to this there was a little confusion on a couple things, but after contacting Jeff his crew came out and fixed my concerns within a couple days of our phone conversation. "Tim was great.  Came in and showed us difference types of fencing.  Gave us a great deal on a fence.  The guys came out to install a few weeks later.  Our job was a tough one with all of the rocks in our soil.  They had to hand dig the holes for the posts.  Took them 2 days because of this.  They came back bright and early on Saturday (a holiday weekend at that).  It looks amazing!  We were very happy with Northwest.

They had to remove part of a hedge, but only removed the minimum amount needed to bury the drain pipe. The window well replacement is beautiful. They even replaced the drain at the bottom without asking. Overall, Scott and his team did a phenomenal job. I would totally hire them again."
