"We called All Cape to measure our door openings and we selected the doors.  There was a delay of about two weeks between the initial call and the measurements.  The doors themselves took a bit longer than we anticipated to come in and we were unable to be there when they were installed.  Perhaps due to a miscommunication, one was installed opposite to what we had originally, but our original door actually swung contrary to the standard.  After seeing the door, we contacted All Cape and they agreed to remake the door, but we decided to keep it."
