Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Very prompt response once the service call was placed.  The plumber arrived the next day (even though I stated that it was not an emergency!) which was wonderful.  An arrival time was established, and the plumber was in constant contact with me throughout the day to let me know that he would be arriving a bit late.  The job was done easily and quickly.  I was not at home at the time of the service (my parents were there), and payment was set up at a later date.  I would DEFINITELY use Aqua again-great neighborhood business which I prefer to support.
