Danny took a look at our basement, and knew right away the best flooring to go with. The samples he brought over were beautiful and the quality of the luxury laminate is outstanding. On the day of installation the crew did an outstanding job. They finished the job in record time, even with some unexpected issues (our floor was not level, we needed trim, etc). Everyone was extremely polite and communication was great. In addition the team noticed a few things around our place that needed fixing (wobbly door, broken floorboard upstairs) and took care of them for no charge. "Wow, were these guys great. We needed to install a stair runner on our home's main staircase and Bob came right out and showed us samples. His quote was perfectly reasonable and he was professional and very nice without being pushy. Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. "It could not have gone better. We recently bought a new place that had very old carpeting covering half the house. Although it is very hard to provide an estimate of refinishing floors when you don't know what is under the carpet, Mike was true to his estimate and his crew completed the job right on time. As with any job, there were some unexpected issues that needed to be addressed. Mike's team, and George in particular, were able to fix the problems (namely, wood HVAC vents and floor molding) at a very reasonable price. The best part of the job was that the master staircase was previously carpeted and was in pretty bad shape. After pulling up the carpet, Mike gave us some options on how to refinish and/or paint the stairs and risers. We had them refinish the stairs and risers (which cost a little extra), but now the stairs are a showpiece in the house. We couldn't be happier with the work that Mike did for us. We have now used him twice and would use him again in a heartbeat."
