"My sliding glass door was getting impossible to open and hubby figured we needed new doors. I decided to try Slide Right based on their reviews. I called and left a message and altho the answering machine said they usually return calls within 24 hrs, I did not get a call back until 2 days after and was quoted around $225 for repairs. Meanwhile I got a quote on a new door just in case for $1500. He came out the day after he called and cleaned the tracks and replaced the rollers. He also showed me how to maintain the doors and lubricate the tracks. I followed his maintenance instructions for my other door and now both doors work like a dream and for less money than they quoted. I was truly impressed."

For the heavily used door he thoroughly cleaned the underside, replaced the rollers, waxed and aligned them, etc. Track looks and works like new again. New weatherstrip installed. Mike was on time, explained what he was going to do, paid attention to the details, and was very professional. I only wish I hadn't waited so long to have this work done. I couldn't have picked a better company and highly recommend."
