"Their plumbers were very thorough, professional, and did not leave until the work was done satisfactorily. I had requested a replacement of my shower/tub Simmons faucet which was not mixing hot and cold water correctly. I had tried to replace the valve myself and run in to problems. They were able to identify the parts that could be replaced and showed me what they were doing. When it didn't mix as well as it could have, they went back and replaced some of the piping and entire valve system. They did a very good job and were very professional.
