"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"We had a major issue at our diner when one of our refrigerators gave up during prep. googled, found these guys and called in for emergency repairs and Volodymyr arrived that same afternoon. He got straight to work and used original parts without guessing or patchwork and had the fridge cooling properly again before closing time. Having reliable commercial refrigerator repair in Philadelphia makes a huge difference for small places like ours!"

"Very prompt response. Answered our questions. An honest assessment of our problems and suggestions for solutions. I would highly recommend Mike's Appliance Repair."

I have been in the construction industry in some capacity for almost 20 years now. I started in building maintenance and now I mange residential restoration projects ranging from $500-500,000.\nI love what I do and would love to be more hands on outside of the project management that I do only a daily basis.

"Although I did not hire ez appliance, they were professional and courteous. If I have any future repairs I d give them a call. ( Didn t hire because the appliance I had was old and wasn t worth repairing. I think their prices are pretty fair)."

"I was immediately notified they do not service Samsung dishwashers."

"Great service, I called and they were onsite same day to repair our GE fridge. The man who came knew his stuff (he was a 'fridge whisperer'!), was well presented, courteous and was in and out of our house in under an hour with the fridge repaired on the spot! Couldn't ask for better. :) My only complaint is that I was charged over $400 to replace a $90 part (I checked the manufacturer's website). Over $300 for less than an hour of labor - that seems a little over the top!"

"Very professional. Had to order part for microwave. Scheduled repair when it came in"

"They had a cancellation ans called to see if they could come early. They looked ate our washer and didn't try to push us toward a repair knowing that it would be more costly than replacing the washer. We loved the honesty."

"It's been a long time since I've needed appliance repair. My previous provider had gone out of business, so I wasn't sure how things worked now. The office person was wonderful. She explained the process of scheduling and was very patient when I told her I had a demanding schedule at work, and she was accommodating to my schedule. An appointment was made. Two repair persons showed up on time, and were very courteous. They assessed the issues on one day, and came back two days later to do the work, because parts had to be ordered. They were on time again and completed the work. Before they started, I asked what the Angie's List member discount was, and they said they weren't sure, they thought it was $20.00. I called Angie's List and was told that they didn't offer one. When I told one repair person that, he said he'd give me a $20.00 discount any way. My only complaint, and that's a strong word for it, would be that their labor rate seemed high, because they were only here for about twenty minutes the first time and about 40 minutes the second time, and I was charged two different rates, one for the washer and one for the dryer, The washer repair/labor rate was more expensive than the dryer repair, which I expected, because the washer had more parts that needed to be replaced."
