When he came to the house for a free estimate (another provider on Angie's list wanted to charge $39 just to give me a quote), he was detailed and thorough. He took the time to explain the issues that he had found and provided options for us to consider for the repair. Rather than trying to sell us a new system, he was forthright and stated that he did not believe a system replacement was required. No high pressure sales or scare tactics -- just straightforward, honesty. Nice! His estimate was detailed and thorough.

"Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."
