"Joe is awesome! Septic tanks are new to us and Joe was able to answer all our questions we had. We purchased our home about 4 years ago and never had the tank checked. Joe was able to find where the tanks were but luckily didnt need to be pumped out and installed a cap for future pumps. Will definitely use Honest Cesspool in the future and recommend to everyone!"

"A spotlessly clean pump truck arrived on time. The Service Technician, Paul was very professional and knowledgable. In spite of some very difficult and unique challenges in my project, Priority was up to the task. They made improvements to the septic system. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I was extremely pleased with the work they performed and would highly recommend them."

"Jeff was a knowledgeable worker. I was happy that he easily found my tank and pumped it. There were no hidden fees, he was upfront about what he needed to see or do."

"Review for Cesspool Services I recently had the pleasure of working with Cesspool R Us for our property’s cesspool maintenance, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The technicians arrived promptly, fully equipped, and ready to get to work. They took the time to explain the process clearly and answered all of my questions, which was greatly appreciated. The work was done efficiently, and they ensured that the area was left clean and tidy, going above and beyond in their commitment to customer satisfaction. What really stood out was their knowledge and thorough approach. They identified and addressed potential issues I wasn’t even aware of, which saved us from potential future problems. It’s rare to find a company so dedicated to quality service and customer care. I highly recommend Cesspool R Us for anyone in need of reliable, high-quality cesspool services. Their team is skilled, respectful, and truly dedicated to doing the job right. Thank you for providing such excellent service!"

"Went well. Called for septic to be pumped on a Saturday afternoon. He was in the area on another job and came when he was done. Told us the overflow needed pumping also but would have to come back another day to do that since his truck was full. Got the septic pumped out and came back 10 days later to pump and aerate the overflow. Put the patch of grass back that he had to dig up to get to it. You'd never know he did anything there. Very pleased with his work. Bob was very professional, had told us the prices up front. Would definitely use him again. Price includes taxes and discounts from coupon."
