"Sean and his foreman Chris did a great job of repairing all of the dry rot on my home (approximately 200 linear feet), priming the new lumber, caulking and sparkling all of the work, pressure washing the house, and repainting the house and gates. Sean also replaced my bathroom light fixture, repaired one of our outdoor faucets, removed all of our raingutters, and filled the gutter downspout holes in the sidewalk with concrete. Sean was able to contact a roofer to take up and replace the shingles that needed to be removed to do the repair work as well as a company to replace the gutters. The whole project took about 3 weeks. Thank you Sean and Chris--the house looks great!"

Keenan and his team David, Sho, and chosen subcontractors, are professional, take pride in their craft, and are 100% trustworthy. They do it right, even the hidden stuff behind the drywall. They just do it right. During the demolition it became clear that several pre-existing conditions had to be addressed (crooked walls, weird plumbing, funky electrical wiring, off-level floors, cracked concrete, a broken main water valve, a broken pressure valve, crooked door jams – you name it, and you get the idea). Everything discovered that had to be addressed was explained extremely well to me, and several alternatives to fix it were suggested as options. Change orders were priced at a fair rate, and many, many smaller things were taken care of “just because”. I was kept in the loop at all times during the renovation via text and/or phone. The team made sure that dirt was kept from the house by protective plastic sheet were appropriate, and also cleaned up after themselves every single day before leaving. Keenan always asked if there is something they could do better to help the homeowner during the renovations, and special requests were accommodated as much as humanely possible. I am a big fan of HGTV Mike Holmes “Do it right”, and I learned a lot from that show on how to select a trustworthy contractor.
