"Sales rep. came to my home, wrote a contract for install front gutter with a gutter guard, installed gutter then said they cannot install the guard. I got the advantage of 2 more customers and they have the same gutter installed with the guard. If the contract said install guard, then do it. This company tried to change the date the job was to be complete. This made it difficult for my neighbors and myself. Note; the contractor did not even secure the downspout to the house. All it need was 2 straps. I would not recommend this company. They say one thing, then change up. Quality of workmanship, I give it a 2.5. NOT RECOMMENDED!"

At the completion, he again mounted his 80ft ladder and slung a stepladder over his shoulder to fasten a loose gutter. I had not seen it. My roof is too steep. I asked for an estimate for roof repair. He said about $20,000 which I don’t haveOther quotes have been $60,000 - $70,000. "Supreme Window and Door provided awesome service.  Albert came to our home and provided an estimate.  There was no pressure and just a straight forward discussion about the windows and the price.  When we told him we were getting another estimate, he said great and to just let him know whenever we made our decision.
Carl came to measure the windows, and then returned to install them.  The windows are a huge upgrade from our previous metal frame windows.  They slide open and shut with ease, are a breeze to clean, and most importantly, help tremendously with the energy efficiency.
We had two different install dates; the first day was 11 windows, and the last three windows about two weeks later.  This turned out to be great since our two cats messed up some of the caulk around two of the windows.  We called Albert and without any hesitation, he said Carl would be able to fix it.  It was so nice that even though we wrecked the caulk, Supreme Window and Door fixed it and it looks perfect.
Being a "perfectionist", the attention to detail during the install went a long way.  The windows fit tight, and the caulk is as smooth as I have ever seen.  The wrapping of the window sills on the exterior of the house looks great too.
All in all, we highly recommend Supreme Window and Door and one of our family members is getting an estimate for their house!
