I called back. He was at my home within a half hour. Ryan came out directly and noticed it. The Fossett did not need replaced. It was a simple fix of Tightening a nut :-) Iâ m sure any other company would have replaced that part and charge me an arm and Leg. I was very happy that I did not get taken advantage of like most women do. Ryan was very kind and professional, and he had a good bit of knowledge behind his belt.
