I’m a hardworking person who doesn’t like to leave projects half finished or looking sloppy, I can be a bit of a perfectionist. I’ve always fixed and built almost everything I needed myself and I take pride in being self sufficient. I’ve been an electrician for a year and half now and before that I was fabricating aerators for private residences. I have a wife and two children, so I can handle the chaos of a whole house remodel even if you decide to alter any details halfway through.

"Adam Dumond, the owner of The Carpenter's Apprentice, provided a very reasonable estimate to remodel our kitchen in August, 2015. We were aware at that time that it would take him awhile to start work as he had other remodeling jobs he was currently working. We started demolition in November and removed all the old cabinets and countertops. We then took a trip to Unique Granite & Marble located in Owensboro, KY where we selected a countertop and placed a deposit for it. As agreed, I paid in advance for the order and purchase of the new Aristokraft cabinets (Benton Birch), matching valance and trim. The cabinets arrived and were promptly installed. Adam was quick to correct some plumbing problems from the original home sink installation, external cold water line and clean up the electrical wiring done for the dishwasher. Within a week of the cabinet installation, Unique Granite & Marble sent by a man to do the granite template and arrange for an installation date. Adam was there to provide coordination with the granite installers to ensure that the new farm style sink would fit right with the new countertop. The granite countertop was installed flawlessly and under the supervision of Adam who was able to mitigate a couple of potential problems. Finally, he installed the subway tile and completed installation of the valance and cabinet trim work. The only "punch list" items that were quickly remedied were replacing bumpers on the cabinet doors and filling in a few places missed in the tile grout. Although it took awhile to complete due to scheduling, an overall excellent renovation job!"
