"I spoke with Marco, the owner of the business. He was very clear and was able to explain the options he would take to save me as much money as he could. Unfortunately after running a camera through the sewer line it showed that there were multiple issues. I had a belly in the line that wouldnâ t drain and just past that the pipe was partially collapsed. Marcos team was able to quickly jackhammer out the concrete to access the line, repair it, and then did a fantastic job patching up the concrete. I would highly recommend this business, and will absolutely be using them in the future for any of my plumbing needs."

My wife spoke with Mr. Costello this morning, and booked an appointment for Miguel (one of his workers) to come over and look at the situation / prepare an estimate. He did so (arriving iwihin the appointment window), gave us a good quote, and indicated the two parts that needed replacement (the garbage disposal unit and the cold water dual shut-off valve. He indicated that we could purchase those parts through the company, or if I had the parts onhand, he could just install them (saving money). Fortunately, The Home Depot nearby was open, and I was able to get the two pieces fairly quickly. Miguel then: * installed the garbage disposal (and took care of getting rid of the old one), * connected the replacement shut-off valve, * replaced the faucet itself, and made sure that none of it leaked. "All went great they rehung the sewer pipes under the house. Replaced the damage sewer pipe. Installed a new fresh water pipe from the water meter to the house installed a pressure regulator and a back flow on the hot water heater. Pached all the holes and even one the didn’t cause"

"Victoria Cedillo (tech) tried hard to clear a blocked drain before finally realizing the waste pipe needed to be replaced. She and Juan Arreola replaced the bathroom waste pipe and when I looked at the cutaway piece of pipe I saw that the pipe was packed solid with 60 years of gunk. I admire everything that Victoria tried first before going with the more extensive option. I trust Mike Counsil Plumbing and wouldn't even think of calling anyone else for my home, my parent's home or friend's homes."

"Can not imagine a better response, starting with my call for assistance, response time and how the technician, Tad methodically diagnosed the problem. We have an obscure kitchen fixture that required service in Feb 2019. Under warranty the problem was easily diagnosed by me, a problem possibly caused by me and a replacement part sent and installed by Albert Nahman team. Problem: I broke the faucet cartridge. Current Problem: restricted hot water flow in this kitchen sink only. Turns out the new cartridge part is now malfunctioning. I called and Tad arrived taking a step by step approach ruling out possible causes: a clog here or there, build up of sediment, or blockage in the lines or cartridge. The company that sells the product got on the phone with Tad and they collaborated on the problem and the tech person gave Tad one more thing to try. After the collaboration it is agreed, problem persisted and therefore that new cartridge part is now malfunctioning and will be shipped free of charge in two days. Thanks to all, who made this possible and I trust we will have Tad here again soon to finalize this fix. BTW, cost of service was less than expected given going rates for such a call lasting in excess of one hour. Another comment, spending time with Tad during the repair was a pleasure to have him explain, collaborate, listen and just chat. Questions on who to call next time, no question who I will call next time. I have read criticism of costs: In the Berkeley area "How much does it cost to hire a plumber? Today costs are upfront, same as charges in Feb, $69 to arrive and assess the problem. Here in excess of one hour for $129 minus $25 coupon, total charge $173. I am ok and I expected these costs. If I was in Philly, where I grew up, I could call an uncle or cousin and get a better rate, a family rate. This is going rate for our area."
