"Steven replaced fans in three bathrooms with quieter fans. Did them all in five hours. Great job."

"Project: Install Electrical Switches, Outlets. They were on time, professional and flexible. Also, discussed future projects - replacing a fixture in bathroom, and on their way out attached a smog detector the right way. I would definitely use this company again."

"Very pleasant to deal with. Great job fixing the pipe to my shower. ?"

"Had Gridwise install a transfer switch and inlet box for our portable generator. We lose power a few times a year during wind events and got tired of running extension cords everywhere. Michael handled the install and walked us through exactly how to connect and start the generator when the power goes out. He was patient with all my questions. Permit was pulled and inspection passed first try."

"We used Gridwise for a lighting install and I’m picky about finish details. Miguel did a nice job and the fixtures are straight, plates look clean, and nothing feels “patched.” They also helped us sort out switch groupings so it works in real life (not just on paper). They showed up when they said they would, and the place wasn’t left dusty afterward."

"Installed two chandeliers for us. Were great to work with and the lights look beautiful."

"James, Graham, and Lazaro did a fantastic job on our home rewiring and panel upgrade. James came out fast for the initial quote, turned it around very quickly after the site visit, and got us on the schedule quickly after we decided to move forward. His price was extremely reasonable compared to quotes from other highly rated providers, especially considering that they included drywall patching, which most other firms didn't. At several points in the job, small changes needed to be made (moving switches, adding some lighting, removing old fixtures and their support, installing fans, etc.). We had good back-and-forth discussions in figuring out the right solutions, and all three team members were extremely responsive and cooperative in making sure these fixes were made as requested. They treated our house with as much care as their own. I highly recommend New Design."

"Estes Heating and Cooling did a great job installing a new bathroom fan. Jack the owner gave me a quick and fair quote over the phone and him and his team were at my house a week later. They were professional, courteous and tidy."

"They were great workers and did a wonderful job on the windows.  Very pleased.
