"I had a smooth and professional experience with Holy Roller Painting. I had several contractors say they would replace/repair my bathroom floor but none ever showed up. This went on for a couple of months. I saw this company advertised on HomeAdvisor, called them one day, and they were here the next day. The crew was professional and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job for a fair price. They had time left before Jim Cole, the mgr. returned to do a final inspection.. In that time they repaired my front screen door for no extra charge. If you are looking for reliability and professionally completed work, you could do no better than to hire this company. I will hire them again if needed and highly recommend them."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Overall I was not impressed with the quality of the work. I wish I had just made the nail pop repairs myself. The gentleman was friendly, professional, and easy to be around. He did leave 20 minutes early without asking if I was satisfied or needing anything else. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"It turned out ok. After they did the initial installation they left off some pieces, which were trim pieces on the house. So it left a couple of holes on the side of the house. When the gentlemen were here my husband pointed it out to them and they said that they didn’t deal with that. He ended up calling the company back and he spoke to one of the representatives. They sent someone out to look at it. They then had to send someone other than the workers who originally did it, to fix it. They did eventually fix it but it took about 3-4 months to finish the part."
