Hi! I’m Matt and I’ve been plumbing for 2 years! I’ve worked with and installed many different systems, but I specialize in water heater install and service, repairing leaks in drainage and water pipes, and installing fixtures! I believe all work must be done neatly and to the home/business owner’s standards, no matter what.

"This supplier came as scheduled and called
about 15 minutes from his estimated arrival time. He arrived on time. He is
pleasant, professional and stayed focused on the task at hand completing it in
a timely fashion. He also walked with me through the house checking all of my
other plumbing hook-ups and fixtures as described in the package I
purchased....that I had forgotten about. He made a couple of recommendations to
consider in the future but it did not feel like a "sales pitch" by
any means. It was more like a friend collaborating with you. He wrote down
those items with the costs to plan next to them. I thought that was brilliant,
because I can refer back to them and plan accordingly.  I feel that the items he brought to my
attention were important to consider. 
The other items we discussed were items that I brought up or wanted to
talk about, like a water softener. This gentleman is truly a professional, but
also someone you could sit down to a cup of coffee with. When he left, I felt
well informed and I would work with him again.

"I called Smith & Rogers and left a message requesting an estimate for removing existing tile and replacing it with another floor tile also installing one full wall of mosaic tile all in our powder room. I received a timely response to set up an appointment. Bill came out and gave us an estimate which we accepted. He was very professional and very nice to work with. Dan Rogers and his helper Dave arrived on time and immediately started doing the work. They laid the tile and returned the next day completing the grout. They did am excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each day. After a day or two, I could see a haze or film on some of the floor tiles. I called Dan to ask for his advice as to what to use to help clean it. Dan said they would return and take a look. He and Dave returned and applied a solution that took care of the problem. We are delighted with our completed powder room and will be calling Smith & Rogers again soon to replace our existing shower."
