The tub looks wonderful, much better than I expected. I would definitely hire them again and I do recommend them. They are professional, courteous and they clean up after the job is complete."

"Hired Jason to come a couple of days prior to the removal of old and installation of new kitchen countertop. Kitchen cabinet was an appliance garage that interfered with countertop installation. Countertop installers would not touch cabinets due to liability issues. I spoke to Jason on the phone and explained what I needed done and the timing of it. Jason scheduled a couple days prior to countertop install to remove the cabinets and scheduled the day after to reinstall the cabinets. Jason showed up on-time both days to do the job. However, because of the difference in thickness between the old and new countertops there were gaps at the bottom and sides of the cabinet. Since my wife didn't really want the bottom part of the cabinet (appliance garage) anyway, I ask Jason if it was possible to cut off the bottom and make it match up with the other cabinets so I didn't have to buy all new cabinets. He said he could easily do it and it would look nice and line up with the other cabinets and we would not know that the bottom was cut off. He needed to come back another day with the proper tools and saw. I agreed and he rescheduled to come back. He arrived again on-time and started modifying the cabinet and reinstall it. When he was done it looked great. More importantly, when my wife returned from work that evening and saw the completed work she was so excited how nice it all looked. So great job Jason and thanks!"

"Everything went well.    Mr. Hoover was always on time.   Did a very good job of straightening the studs and replacing the drywall.  Everything is level now.   Drywall was replaced, taped and finished.  Quality looks very good.   Work was done around my schedule and completed in a reasonable amount of time.   Mr. Hoover also provided me some tips and pointers about how to do future work on my own.

"Discouraged in my search for someone to remodel my bathroom, I stopped by the Re-bath facility in Fenton to ask questions. Angie met me at the door and was very pleasant while she explained the process and the product - no high pressure at all. Impressed by what I saw and heard, I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate. Linda was my design consultant. She showed up on time and brought all of her samples with her. We had a great time picking out my products (shower/bath, vanity, countertop, flooring, hardware). Linda had fantastic ideas for my space, and measured accurately. A few days later my product was ordered and approximately 4 to 6 weeks later Angie called with an install date. Brendan was my installer. He showed up on time, was very friendly, organized, detailed and neat. He completed the project in 2 1/2 days. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! "Our overall experience with GCS has been very good, the owner (Dennis) has done whatever it takes to make us happy with this project, We must give kudos to the tile setter Doug, he started early and stayed late, he even worked on Saturday and Sunday so that we could have our bathroom done ASAP, and the job Doug did was incredible, our shower and floors look so amazing. The only negative was some of the workers didn't quite understand the meaning of doing a job right the first time, and was more concern about going on to the next job, it was mostly little things, but they were still important to us, but Dennis came over and fixed or will have it fixed, so I'm not going to dwell on that. My wife and I are very please with the overall quality of our new bathroom and the work that GCS performed, in fact we've already hired GCS for our next project, to install new floors and do other repairs/upgrades around our home.
