"We hired Sure-Fix to do multiple jobs. The owner, Henry, came to our house and we walked him through all of the projects we want done and he provided good feedback and ideas. He also understood that this isn't our forever home, so while we do want to make it nicer, some projects are not worth putting money in to. They gutted our mudroom, replaced the old exterior door, closed in a window to provide better space functionality, built shelves in the mudroom closet to make it a pantry, insulated the room, rebuilt the unstable steps, installed outlets, base board heater, and new lights, replaced the flooring, replaced the roof over the mudroom, put up dry wall, and painted. They also installed a new exterior door in our sun room, replaced five old windows, and installed new outlets in our office. The workers were all very nice and you could tell they know their trade. They told us if we discovered an issue they would come fix it. Good customer service."

We had been putting this on hold for a year, and after meeting Bill to get a final estimate we felt confident in moving forward right away. We knew that we wanted to work with Bill right after he came to quote the work- the level of detail he took in really checking how feasible this would be in our time frame and budget could not be compared with the other estimates we had. Our project was on schedule and on budget, and the entire process was so smooth thanks to Bill. He is honest, hardworking, accommodating, patient, and everything you could hope to have in your general contractor. He and his team take great pride in their work and treated our home and budget with care and respect. He helped us pick the right vendors to partner with and was extremely responsive and helpful before and during the process. We live in a condo and they made do with the space we had, but they were also very respectful of our community and shared space while doing anything outdoors. I appreciated that he came to check in daily even if he was not directly working on the renovation that day. His rates were competitive, his sub-contractors worked in a manner consistent with his quality, and his work is meticulous. When we had a scheduling issue with our counter installers (not coordinated through Bill), he made time to come do all the final steps for us so that we did not have to wait. The team was diligent in cleaning up and leaving our space as livable as it could be when they were done for the day which I really appreciated since I am home all the time now due to COVID. I would highly recommend Bill and his team and look forward to hiring them for any future work we need, I really canâ t say enough how happy we are and how beautiful our home looks! "As a DYI, I am reluctant to hire contractors however the scope of my home project was well beyond a one man show. I found Saunders Construction on the internet as I pursued seeking bids for the work I needed. George was the ONLY contractor who provided me with a detailed estimate for all aspects of the job. He is very personable and from day one, wanted to ensure the products we chose were the best for the money and not overpriced. He emphasized from the beginning that his #1 concern is a happy customer and ensured that we were satisfied throughout the project. His workers, particularly Scott and Will, were terrific. They respected our home, were very detailed oriented and cleaned up every loose nail, cutting, dust, etc. at the end of each day's work. If I found something that needed correction, it was done immediately. Professionals all the way. I told them upon completion how lucky we felt to have their workmanship on our home. I would have them back in an instant for any future work. Trust me, you will not be disappointed using George Saunders and his team. The only issue we had was getting materials through Home Depot. I will just say we all learned a hard lesson ordering windows via HD. This resulted in a 3 week delay and Mr. Saunders did all he could to expedite the order. HD did not show much customer concern in how they handled our issues."
