"Brian and his crew did a great job servicing the 2 A/C units and swamp cooler. He is very thorough. During the service of one of the A/C units he discovered the fan motor was over amping. He removed and replaced the fan unit all under warranty. The poor air flow problem in two of the rooms was somewhat of a mystery. After all other avenues were exhausted an access hole had to be cut into the ceiling (no attic access is available) to expose the ducting. It turns out that a piece of the insulation in the sheet metal duct work had been poorly installed when the house was built (not Brian) and had fallen away blocking the ducting to the rooms with the poor air flow. Mystery solved. Brain left no stone unturned in the resolution of this problem. The attic where the ducting is located is extremely small and it was very hot but Brian did not let the conditions deter him from doing an outstanding job. Brian is the only one I will call for any A/C work!"

"Michael arrived to fix our main water line after it ruptured. He was able to quickly replace the main riser and also had time to take care of a couple other repairs around the house that needed attention. Great service."

"These guys are great ... best A/C service I've ever had. They came quickly, figured out the problem, and gave me options to fix or replace unit. I chose replacement. Their price on the replacement unit was really competitive, and they supplied a bigger/better unit to ensure it could easily cool our house. I was very impressed and I'm really happy with the result. They did great work, were very conscientious, and very hard working. The owner Eddie was personally involved as well as Anthony, a great technician. I can see why they've been rated so highly and received awards. This is the first company in the 22 years we've lived in this house that I actually liked very much. I will use these guys from now on. I almost forgot.... they gave me a better warranty than the manufacturer."

"We had a severe leak under the bathroom sink that went under the wall and into my master closet ruining the flooring. He was able to repair the PEX like plumbing leak in the meantime. We are still considering going ahead with a repipe of our entire house in the future sometime."

"Great customer service. Super helpful"

"The extensive knowledge provided by Brandon, technician, and the solutions to repair the A/C unit. MSP was prompt on my request for a quote, next day availability, and great customer service. Great service!"

"Customer service and the service tech were awesome"

"I’m so glad I called HD mechanical to have my thermostat fixed. We set a time to meet up and he was there on time and very professional. He was very thorough with his work and explained to me all the work he performed. He even checked and serviced my unit, showing me that my filter needed to be changed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs and service/repairs done."

"The Tech went above and beyond to do my inspection and service. I did nor buy the yearly maintenance plan and I did not buy the $190. furnace filter ($20) at Home Depot. I had and still have a problem with the system. It makes a growling noise every 2 minutes or so. Thanks so much, anyways."

"Wooow let me say high quality service! I will definitely be using and recommending. To top it off the best price I could find for my repairs. It all started with a different company trying to sell me a new ac then I decided to get a second opinion. the tech was honest and was able to fix at a reasonable price now my unit is working like new."
