Gave me an option to purchase my own small parts and repair myself to see if that corrected the leak. Also offered two other options and the pricing if I wasn't able to fix it myself. I was told when I booked the appointment that I would receive the initial visit to review my issues free of charge and it was. I have since purchased the parts and fixed the leak for now. At the same time, I wanted to choose when I would replace the system, rather than be under the gun one August when the temperature was well over 100 degrees. Not only was Johnny on the Spot the best price for the best system, they did not try to over sell what I needed and they were the only ones who stayed in touch with me until I made a decision. The day of installation, the installation crew showed up on time and finished early. They were very respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves. After the installation, they called to schedule the drywall repair company to make repairs. They also scheduled the inspector to certify everything was installed correctly.
