"Ecowash Auto Spa were great. The gentleman that did the detailing himself, he has a boss and he was the one who started the thing for me. He took my information and just said I can sit in the waiting room and watch. They'll have it detailed for me and when they're done they'll bring it to me. The young men who actually did the detailing brought it after over an hour later. He asked me to check how things work, to touch it and if I found any imperfection or something that did not meet my satisfaction to let him know. I found few spots and he did not give me any look or any attitude. He took care of it immediately and made me feel it again. It was really nice about him. He did not complain and just did his job. Over all, its a very nice job. The place where they did the work was very clean and organized. It was nice. I feel it was worth the money I paid."

"I called them and told them what I wanted to have done.  Within two days, they came to my house with fabric books.  I chose an imitation leather that would wear well.  They ordered the fabric and called me as soon as they received the material.  I told them I would really like to have it done by Thanksgiving, as I was having a large group for dinner.  They said no problem!  Within a week it was done.  Looks BEAUTIFUL!  It is the only piece of furniture I have ever had reupholstered ever!  i always thought it would be such a pain, that it would be easier to buy new.  Now that I know how smooth the process can be, I am going to have them do more."

"Serge came on time and looked over the damage my cat had done to an expensive ottoman that matched my sectional. He told me what had to be done and how he would actually repair it. These were tiny tears on the corners and quite a few of them. He also told me they would then redye the whole thing to blend it and match my sectional. One week was all it took and they delivered the ottoman in beautiful condition. No one would ever know it had been repaired...and now my cat has a lot of scratching posts to dig her claws into!
