That proved difficult due to the compacted clay around the house, and because the slab was solid concrete, but he persevered and we now are enjoying water without an "enhanced" monthly bill. "Expert plumber Terry came to our home to repair what I thought might be a couple of faulty toilet tank valves and a leaky hose bib. As things turned out, both toilet needed replacing, along with the backyard hose bib and pipe. Terry did an excellent job, answering all my questions. His work was speedy, meticulous, and thorough. All his explanations were easy to understand, including estimates and billing. I also appreciated his courtesy, conscientious attention to detail, and his good cheer! By the way, I needed an emergency sewer pipe repair shortly after moving into our current home in 2017 (of course this happened on a weekend).
