"I contacted Dana for a separate project and asked him about painting on his way out, he gave me a quick estimate and we set something up for a few weeks out. He did a fantastic job repairing the drywall where it was cracking and damaged. I had chosen a paint color that did not go well with my flooring and we only realized after he had already put some of it on the wall. He offered to accompany me to Lowe's to find a better color, since I did not know much about color matching, which I feel went above and beyond the job he was hired for. We tried out some samples and he returned the next day to finish the job. He has a meticulous attention to detail and I am very pleased with the finished project. I will absolutely hire again for any other painting or carpentry jobs I need done."

"It's been so frustrating finding quality home repair professionals. I had a leak develop in my roof that went into my second bedroom. I called a total of 22 roofing companies. Some never called back, some were too busy, some agreed to call me back but never did, others agreed to show up and never did or wanted to charge $150 service fee for an estimate. Luckily, I found this company. Not only did the owner answer the phone and was professional and friendly, he came out the next day AND WAS ON TIME!! He listened to my concerns and immediately examined my roof. He explained everything to me as to what happened and why. Gave me a reasonable quote and said he'd be to my house Tuesday. Lo and behold, he came a day early and repaired my roof. He advised, after I asked , to give it a couple really hard rains before repairing my interior. Well, I've been through two heavy soaking rains, and just had a three inch rain from a tropical storm. My roof is officially fixed! I am so happy that I've found this company. I will be hiring them again to do drywall repair and whatever else I need. I've already shared this company's information with all of my local friends that are looking for estimates. "After trying to find someone to repair our outdoor shed, I finally landed on BMF Contracting. They actually called me back and scheduled a free estimate for the following day. They were able to be out the next nice day and finish the repair work for us. I expected the project to take most of the day, but they were done by lunch time after starting around 8AM. "I hired Alan to replace a badly deteriorated garage floor and to install a parking pad next to the garage off an alley. When he came to the site to give the estimate he also pointed out some failed mortar joints and significant stair-step cracking along the rear wall. In all, he and his crew repaired multiple sections of old mortar and replaced a rusty lintel; removed the old concrete garage floor; prepared the garage and exterior parking pad, removing dirt and a tree; formed up the new 18x18 garage floor and 20x20 parking pad, with a 4' apron; and poured the new concrete with appropriate finishes. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Alan and his crew were a delight to work with. He clearly communicated changes in plans to work around weather and set expectations on scheduling and how long it would be before the concrete would be ready to be parked on. The site was left clean and neat at the end of each day, and the substantial, unavoidable disruption of the alley was repaired at the end of each day to make it presentable and drivable. No damage was done to my property or neighboring properties. I expected the initial estimate to be significantly higher, yet Alan committed to it, and the only small changes were due to additional work I requested while they were there. I could not be happier with how this project came together, and Alan was a delight to work with. I have several other smaller projects planned over the next few years and hope I'll be able to use him for those, as well!"
