"

Service call was okay.  Magic Plumber installed the kitchen faucet at $234.00 and repaired a leaky faucet sink at $78.00.  Surprisingly, the cost for the faucet installation was significantly higher than the faucet I purchased ($179.00) and provided the plumber.  My total plumbing bill was $312.00.  I estimated that after subtracting the part for the leaking sink, the labor on my plumbing bill was $302.00.  This was a definite I opener as to how high plumbing service calls can cost.  I did need and appreciate the service, but I feel taken advantage by the aggressive exorbitant fees.  A definite eye opener.

"I contacted OCD about my garbage disposal, and he came and fixed it the very next day. Also while at my home, he made improvements to our water pressure throughout the entire house; cleaned debris from sink filters and he even replaced our tub faucet. I would definitely recommend his services! He’s timely and professional and very knowledgeable!"

"Had water pipe freeze and burst in master bath ceiling on Christmas Eve AM. Tony was out here by early afternoon and had plumbing fixed by later afternoon. The ceiling had fallen in and by noon on the 27th everything was restored! Tony kept in touch throughout and the work was excellent. Can't praise highly enough."

"Mr. Gonzales came by the same day I called to assess the tile in the master shower and make recommendations. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. His crew came and made the repairs a couple of days later as scheduled. The job was clean and neat and looks wonderful. No more cracks in grout of the shower! I could not be more pleased. Thank you, Shannon F."

"CGM did a great job getting our new countertop, sink and faucet installed quickly during the holiday’s. The process was simple and efficient. We would utilize their services again and recommend them to others"

"I sincerely did not have a problem with the professional service per se, the technician was professional prompt on time, and knew what he was doing. On Dec 9, 2020, it took him about 30 minutes to figure out the problem and found the unit is still under warranty. He ordered the part and told me once the part is received, I will be contacted to schedule replacement. I called the office they did not call me. They were quick in responding and replaced the part on Dec 19. Cost is my main issue. They wanted $119.95 for diagnosis fees which WILL NOT be considered a part of the final repair fees. I believe it’s not a good business not to tell the client beforehand how much you will charge as service fees, they did not. Only after they diagnosed it. After a discussion with the technician, he talked to the office and the service fee was forfeited. The part replacement cost was $403! It took less than 30 minutes, 25 to be exact, to replace. Not sure how the rate of this charge is justified. I was told about the $403 charge right after the first visit but did not have a choice at that point. With all due respect, I understand, as explained to me, they have more overhead budget more than mom and pop shops. I still believe this total repair should not have been more than $250 at the most."

"It was an easy fix, so told us how to do it!! Had to replace the shower head and do some caulk repair.

"Complete Home Care & Restoration were fantastic! While I cannot afford to have the actual mold remediation done just yet, they were very patient and kind with me during the process! Joey came to my house during his busy day and gave me a very fair price! Will definitely be contacting them once I have the money to fix my closet. Thank you!"

"I contacted Underground via e-mail and got a call from the owner, Ms Holt. She was going to have the office contact me. JoAnn the office manager contacted me to see what dates would work for the assessment of the job. We were not charged for the assessment visit. I must say from the office to the Technician Bruce and his team, we were extremely happy! So helpful. Bruce arrived on schedule. He let me know he would flush the pipe and run a camera thru the pipes to diagnosis the problem, what the price would be. Great news, the pipe was clean, and whole. No tree roots. The problem was caused by the secondary pipe being jammed into the main pipe blocking it from functioning properly. So the secondary pipe was installed incorrectly, causing us a lot of damage. Bruce made a small hole in the black top where the two pipes were connected installed a ‘Y’ connector and flushed both pipes! It works. Thank you all."

"Matt and his team did a wonderful job. I am so pleased with the stairs, trim, custom staining, and all of the work they did. They are very skilled at their craft, personable, and reasonably priced. I now have the open concept I have wanted for so many years !!"
