"This is the second time that I have had Arcflash Electric come out to work on my 5 year old solar system and both time he did a great job. In both cases separate parts of the system malfunctioned while still under warranty. Tony helped me collect the information and submit the claim forms that the two companies required. The rheostat company sent me a new replacement at no charge. The panel company said that they no longer made the panels that I had and they didn’t have any replacement panels in stock. They sent me a check for 38% of a new panel and wished me luck in finding replacement panels. Tony contacted several different suppliers and was able to finally locate replacement panels. Since Tony completed the repairs the system is operating more effectively and is now producing enough energy that the system can power my home, charge my two backup batteries and sell energy back to PG&E. I had purchased the unit and had it installed 6 years prior by another company but I couldn't recall if it was still under warranty. The tech did some research and found out it was under warranty and rather than charging me for more than $49 service call, suggested I call the original installing company, since that might save me money with labor, stating he would gladly do the repair if that was my preference. I did decide to call the installer, and that was the right decision since it was a problem with a part they had already replaced for me, they had had the same problem with other units from the manufacturer. "PM Electrical Services installed two new over the counter lights in our kitchen. Installation involved new LED lights mounted on the bottom of kitchen cabinets. One of the original lights died totally and Pete replaced that light the day I contacted him. He also told me enough about the ballasts in the old lights to convince me to have him return the next day to replace the other old light which had not died yet, but the first new light was such an improvement that we really wanted both to be new and brighter. He was efficient and easy to work with and kept us informed about costs and options. We will call him again for any electrical work and will recommend him to others as well."

We added recessed lighting, fan ,and outdoor lights to our new home. Forest made suggestion to add another switch down the hallway to make it easier to turn off lights when going to the room.
