He knew immediately that our problem was the motor and instead of saying right away that we needed a new machine, he said that he thought that a replacement motor was the way to go. We agreed. He had to order the new motor and the company called to fix a followup appointment about 10 days later. Since we were doing the repair with their company, we did not have to pay for the original service call. Benji came back and did the replacement very efficiently and we are in business again for a total of US $ 269. A very good deal compared to buying a new machine.
