"Fantastic company that went above and beyond for me. They were punctual, professional and did a top notch repair job on my washer in a very timely manner. What set this company apart from other companies is that it’s locally owned, been in business 40 years and is run like an old school business (that’s hard to find these days). They offer unmatched customer service, superior work, and great prices. The company manager/owner took my order personally over the phone. I knew I was in competent hands and ones I could trust. I must mention something about our service technician (who in addition to the above mentioned) is the reason I plan to give this company my lifelong loyalty and business. His name is George (@city location) and honestly speaking, I don’t think I’ve come across a kinder more patient person who’s come to my home for any type of job. I must have wasted at least an hour of his extra time (inadvertently) due to a mixup I made with my credit card (100% my fault). This mistake(s) caused this sweet man to have to leave my home and come back to my door from his car THREE separate times. He had to then write out three separate service orders, voiding the first two. The temp was close to 100 F that day, and I’ll tell you, he couldn’t have been kinder or more patient about it. When I told him how sorry I was for taking time away from his other customers, he said, “You are my customer right now.” I was so impressed by this as well as the company and workmanship overall. Afterwards, I called and spoke with the company’s manager/owner, Boris, to explain what had happened. He also, was such a kind, personable and understanding individual who listened and thanked me repeatedly for my service. "I recently had a positive experience with Dunn Service regarding boiler issues, and I wanted to share my thoughts. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and approached their tasks with expertise and precision, ensuring that all problems were thoroughly addressed. The pricing for their professional services was reasonable. Overall, based on my experience with Dunn Service—characterized by politeness, professionalism, and fair pricing—I would highly recommend their services to anyone facing heating and air conditioning issues."

"Sam was very courteous and did great work. New Years Day and he came out and did the job quickly. You ask for better service."

"We were very happy with the work completed. Provided lots of information and advice about A/C maintenance and getting the maximum use out of our aging A/C unit without trying to sell us on an immediate replacement. Our A/C unit is working so much better now after cleaning and replacing a small part. Super friendly staff, punctual with appointment time, and we'll be hiring them again for all our heating and A/C needs!"

"I’ve used this company twice. My husband has a medical condition that is affected by heat. The first time the air conditioner wasn’t working they made every effort to assess the problem immediately when I explained the medical condition. At the time they corrected the problem I was advised the system was probably 20 years old and we may have to consider a new system soon. The second time I contacted Comfortable Carla’s was about 4-6 weeks later when the system wasn’t working again. This lead to a system replacement. I was provided with different options, my questions were answered and the installation was completed as quickly as possible, especially in view of my husband’s medical issue. The staff was was professional, efficient and kept me apprised all throughout the process. I highly recommend this company."

"Very professional and knowledgeable. Repaired unit and educated me on tips to help maintain it as well. Pointed out issues with the unit installation which was installed in 2006. From condensation line hooked up wrong to finding a filter in the base of the unit, which belonged to the electronic filter system (unit is shipped with filters inside base). Then the air intake line for the heat pump unit never hooked up or ran to outside, and more. I can't say enough."

"Austin was communicative, professional, and personable. He diagnosed and fixed my problem within an hour and also showed me how to clean off my outside unit to keep it running smoothly going forward. Would definitely hire him again."

"See above.  Wonderful experiance.  They also give a TWO YEAR labor/parts warranty on their service wheras most only give 1."
