"Steve is a true professional. I dare say he is in the top 2% of his craft. My floors look impeccable. Not only is he good with wood floors but he is also good with Coretec (luxury vinyl). Steve was true to his word and came on time every single time. He was able to finish the entire first floor in 3 days. Steve and his wonderful assistant worked non-stop. These are the most hard-working people I've ever met and I have met thousands of people during my career. If you want ethical professionalism, a perfectionist, and an expert in flooring then you should give Steve a call. Steve does not do any advertising because otherwise he would be booked for up to a year in advance. Definitely hire him for your next flooring job. He is clean, tidy, meticulous, honest and extremely talented. I will only hire Steve for all my flooring needs. His assistant is great too. Very grateful for this amazing team of flooring experts. "The salesperson promised all would go well, he had checked our doors and no doors would have to be shaved for the flooring to fit (now some doors cannot be opened because they need to be shaved) said the flooring would be glued to the floor (it was not), said they would move up to 8 pieces of furniture per room so we did not have to move anything (we had to rush in over the holiday and move all of the stuff out of the way), promised an extra 10% off the cost of the bill as a special (we were declined that also), and also said installation would start on Wednesday November 24th at 8 am. No one showed up at that time, and when they did they brought the wrong color of flooring so they could not start. They had to rush through the job on Saturday and Sunday because we opened again on Monday, and installed flooring over an existing drain that we need uncovered (it still has not been fixed even though we have contacted them several times over the past two weeks). Two doors still do not open easily because the doors were not shaved. And, the foreman Ryan did not have the people return when he said he would to fix these issues last Saturday before 1 pm. Now our calls arent being returned anymore. But, they made sure to call us right away to try and get paid for the balance of the job, and even that person never wrote back when we voiced our concerns. Bottom line, the sales person Jeff promised the world and did not deliver it, the foreman has not gotten back to us, and we need a drain uncovered as we are a hospital and need all drains to be open for a reason. So, we like the flooring, but the lack of communication, lack of organization/planning, unfulfilled promises, and general inaccurate information cause us to not really want to recommend them, unfortunately."

"I got three bids on this job. Glen was the only contractor that pointed out several safety (trip) issues and said he would fix them and include it in the price. His price was competitive and his workmanship was excellent. He refinished our FR floor from a dark oak stained parquet floor to a natural finish… so good. Our pups had peed and stained some of the flooring. Glen repaired or replaced all of the stained areas. He was always on time and kept us in the loop as to how long the job would take. We would recommend Glen without hesitation. He is a real pro!!!"

Good - the carpet is great and they did a fantastic job on the installation. It looks wonderful.

The only annoying thing is that they charge extra for everything, including $100 a room to move and replace your furniture. That seemed like a lot. We are seniors and can't move it ourselves, and $100 for both rooms would have seemed more reasonable. But the installers were excellent - they did everything right and cleaned up after themselves nicely.
