Get matched with top toxicity and mold removers in Hermosa Beach, CA

"After a washing machine overflow in our Glendale home, we assumed everything had dried out after a basic cleanup, but weeks later we started noticing mold forming under the flooring in the hallway. LeakSafe Homes inspected everything and found that moisture had been trapped underneath the subfloor the entire time. Mario managed the project and explained how water damage often leads to delayed mold growth if not properly dried. Their crew handled full water extraction, removed affected flooring, and performed proper structural drying before starting mold remediation. The containment setup was very professional and kept the rest of the house protected. Once everything was treated and dried, they rebuilt the flooring and baseboards perfectly. The entire process felt organized and far more thorough than anything we had experienced before."

"The best decision I’ve made in a while was to go with Omega to fix my home! Unfortunately my home was flooded. I tried to fix it myself, but once I came across mold I felt it was important to hire an expert. I got a quote from Enver which was very fair, and I was elated by the service he offered. He approached the job with integrity, professionalism and expertise. My home is now even better than it was before the flooding, and it’s all due to Enver and his team. I highly recommend them for your home!"

"Customer service was excellent and service was on time/efficient. Pricing was competitive as well."

"I was worried that mold remediation in my condo from a neighbors water leak above was incomplete. Dean fully inspected and, while the work was not done to his standard, he told me that I do not need further remediation. He gave me lots of great advice, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I will definitely call Dean if/when I need remediation in the future. Thanks, Dean! :)"

"

Original estimate, management and office staff, arrival and completion time, care of customer's property, clean-up and price were all excellent.

"Very professional company with prompt and courteous response. Provided a free assessment and estimate of water damage. We will definitely use them in the future if the need arises."

"The expert who arrived to give an estimate on the job was punctual, friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful. He recommended that I could simply do the de-molding of the car interior myself. He suggested what products to use and how to do it. He also advised me about how to avoid a similar problem in the future."

"Monroy's was great! The wood floors throughout our entire home were flooded and had to be torn up, along with portions of our walls which were wet as well. Because we were dealing with potential mold growth, as well as lead and asbestos in the building materials because it is an older home, we were very nervous about making sure the job was done right. We had initially started to contract with two other companies, then had to back out because we did trust them to do the job right and/or try to charge us more money than we agreed upon. Daniel and his dad were always available to answer our questions, were upfront about all of the pricing and presented us with different options. They kept everything around our home clean and tidy, despite the fact that it was a large demolition project. Literally no complaints about the process. And most importantly we feel confident that it is a safe home to live in and there will be no ongoing issues with mold, lead, or asbestos. Monroy's Father and Son Restoration are who I would refer any friends or family to. Can't speak highly enough of them."
