I give kudos to Avi for being so personable and staying in touch. The disconnect from the field to the office was a concern. Sometimes people would show up and not know what they were working on. My biggest complaint was asking for the same shower over and over and only getting what I asked for on the 3rd try and with a picture. There was a huge communication gap. Thank goodness it is a flat rate (inflated at that) because of the do overs after 2 failed inspections. I was not happy with handwritten pictures to show what I was getting. I really expected a professional design and organization. I want to use them for another project because I was satisfied in the beginning. Because this Is my 2nd bathroom remodel, I had a model to compare. They were just not as professional. Personality is only 1 facet to look at in the future and any promises by the salesman to do other work should be put in writing or it won't get done. You have to make up your own mind on the type of service you are used to."
