"Marco and a helper arrived at the agreed upon time and using a machine and the proper solvent were able to uncover the beautiful floor we had expected to see at the end of our condo renovation. We were so relieved. The price we paid was for a special service requiring the use of expensive solvents and equipment not everyone can provide. It was worth every penny. We had them clean our balcony tiles while they were here removing a layer of construction dust that we thought was permanenetly embedded in the existing tiles out there. It is now beautiful too. I've given our building manager Duraclean's info as they also clean carpet, and commercial spaces. I will definitely use their services again, as I'm guessing our off-white matte finish tile will likely require a periodic cleaning by the pros. These guys are true pros at what they do.
