Mike was very creative in solving a problem with the half-moon windows that ensured they would be watertight. Although there were a couple of issues with the overall project, those were on the window manufacturer and not the Window Source team. Chasity did a very good job of keeping me informed during the manufacturing delays. The pros are definitely the ones you want to work on your window project."

"I ordered a Sunsetter awning from Smart Repair. They ordered the wrong size and installed it on my house. I have been trying to get the awning replaced for 2 months. I am getting the run around and now no one will return my calls. Then I found out that this “deal” was almost twice the going rate for a similar product!! After trying to resolve my original issue with the awning being too short, I find out that my awning isn't a Sunsetter awning at all but from a different company that I never heard of or was told of!!! FRAUD!! I am still playing phone tag with the owner- he is always out of the office and won't return my calls. I was told from another worker that the offer to refund my money was rescinded since I wrote negative reviews about the company. So now they are strong arming me and doing consumer fraud!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!"

"Communications and scheduling were awful. Took forever and 7 calls to actually get them to send the quote. When I call they say Jorge will call back, he doesn't. Call him, and his voicemailbox is always full. Three times the roofers were scheduled to come and they never showed up, never called. Really regret using them. When the roofer finally showed up, he was a sub contractor that didn't really know what he was supposed to do. Felt bad for him, he had to bring his little boy who just wandered around my back yard while he worked on my roof. The actual work seems fine, it's the whole process of working with them that is awful. Can't figure out who they actually are, Findlay Roofing, Roof Roof, Mighty Dog Roofing? That was probably my first warning flag."

"The roofer that had worked on my house remodel left a tiny leak over the dining room, which stained the top of vaulted ceiling over the dining room. Dry Sky came out, couldn't find the source, and agreed at my urging to replace all ridge caps. Afterwards, it leaked worse, but over the kitchen. I called them out, they came, said that they didn't find anything. His boss was supposed to come out. Oddly, the leak stopped after he came out and his boss never showed. I ended up having to paint the ceiling in both the kitchen and the dining room. What I expected to be a $100-200 repair ended up costing me over $3000 after everything was done, although in all fairness, it's not their fault that I had to paint the dining room. Additionally, we continue to find nails that they left. This is the 3rd roofing company that we've had on this property over 4 years and this is the most nails that we've ever had left behind."
