Mike was very creative in solving a problem with the half-moon windows that ensured they would be watertight. Although there were a couple of issues with the overall project, those were on the window manufacturer and not the Window Source team. Chasity did a very good job of keeping me informed during the manufacturing delays. The pros are definitely the ones you want to work on your window project."

"There were seperate teams working on each issue, the first morning the roofing guys arrived and the deck group arrived.   <br /> The roofing team took about 4 days to finish my roof and worked every day.  They showed up early and left late and did a great job, very professional.  I had the shingles replaced and all vents replaced (I went from two ventilation stacks to the newer ventilation material on the ridge of the roofline that is one long vent).  The work looks great and they cleaned up the roofing nails. <br /> The porch team came that first day and they were finished in about a day and a half.  They were very professional and their work looks really great as well and I couldn't be happier.   <br /> After the roofing team was done they did the gutters and the fascia work and I'm very pleased with that as well.  Previously my gutters had all rolled due to a poor quality installation, these almost look strong enough to sit on, although I'm not planning on doing that.  I'm looking forward to it raining to see how they do, as my gutters have been messed up for years. <br /> All in all I'm really happy with the work done by Monty and his people at Smart Repairs, and I would happily recommend them to anyone else looking for work done on their home."

"I am in the process to purchase a home. During the home inspection multiple windows were noticed to be cloudy. This is a indication the gas seal is lost. I have a short window to have all inspections and provide the details with the home owner before the due diligence time period is completed. I tried to explain my situation to the Representative at Mr Roger windows that I have a tight schedule for the inspection and did not want to waste her time or mine by providing all the detail about the property.before knowing if the inspection can proceed on a short notice. She insisted that Mr Rogers requires all your information before going further with the conversation to see if availability for the window inspection. So I gave all the home information and my information. She advised that the home owner must be present during the window inspection . What!! I told the lady that I am in the process to purchase the home. The home owners are not in the country. She said we have to have the home owner present. CRAZY company policy. Sounds like a sales pitch policy to have the home owners present, not about evaluating the window conditions. Just keep this in mind if you use Mr Rogers window."
