It was the last day of the job - some finishing touches and a front entry door install. The door didn't fit, so back to the store they went. Our store didn't have the one we wanted but instead of asking us to pick a different door, without hesitation they chose to travel to a neighboring city to get the one we had decided on. They made sure we knew if there were any issues after they left, they wanted us to call and promised to take care of them.
