We originally contracted them to remodel our master bath room and during the remodeling, we were very happy with how they work and manage our remodeling project that we decided to also remodel our kitchen while the other remodeling was in progress. Zohar had wonderful ideas and solutions which ended up with a superb job and more than that… a lot more above our expectations! The kitchen remodeling project was a hard project because they had to do some structural modifications to the ceiling by raising it up to be leveled with in our entry ceiling which at the end, it create a large entrance, modernizing the living room and kitchen by opening walls, tearing the old floor, removing the old fireplace while building a modern and classic new fireplace. This remodeling project allow us to develop a trust relationship with Zohar and his team. During the work and even before the work started, Zohar helped us with all the design ideas and helped us stay within our budgets and all the people who were involved in the work, were honest enough when they felt they could not do something. "Cielo Construction has completed several projects in our house including the remodeling of our guest bathroom, master bathroom, kitchen and living room area. The design and remodeling was a custom European style/modern while the bathroom included a walk in tile shower, jet shower system, home automation and more… part of the design was to reposition the door opening for a much better use of space. Cielo construction staff helped us by selecting all of the finish materials including the tiles, upper and lower cabinets, accessories and more… including the color/style of the paint. Mike included also in his work the remodeling of the guest bathroom, drywall, type of texture, baseboards etc. He has excellent, professional craftsmanship and creativity skills. Cielo constructions approach and talent to meet our deadlines were fantastic and he was able to finish the remodeling project on time. "The process was very smooth and I would highly recommend their services. We went off menu and selected a different granite than the ones listed from his deal. He modified the price and we feel we got a great deal. The construction process was quick. The first day they set up templates for fabrication. That took about an hour. Then about three days later they were back with the granite ready to install. The moved quick, but they were also precise. The install took about 4-5 hours.

"I have a beautiful 3 story home in Lake Arrowhead and I needed to remodel the master bedroom bathroom. I had the vision and just needed someone to execute it. I originally had one contractor come out and give me a price and his estimate along with tryna pursuade me to do a kitchen remodel as well was high in my opinion. Not to mention, the fact he kept insisting I do a kitchen remodel as well just irritated me because I solely was doing things one by one. So that's when I found Jose at Structural Prime Builders. He went to my home, saw what I wanted to do and told me what needed to happen. Because I was doing a custom rainforest shower I knew I would have to pay but even with the final price, it was still couple thousand dollars less than the first contractor, very reasonable, and the quality of the work definitely shows.
