"Imagine you are in the middle of painting your house and the painter refuses to repair the chimney because it was so bad. I fortunately contacted Specialty. "The service provider was very nice, the workers were professional, and the patio looks very nice.
I bought this through an Angie's List Deal, so got a fantastic price.

"Design provided on drawing not to scale. Plant count was off as a result. Design had to be modified.from what was provided. Estimate for installation of design was very high which is what this rating provided was for. We did not have them install/purchase the plants for this reason. Paid for design services, which was reasonable. However that being said, the design was not accurate"
