"I hired Josh Kroll of Prime Home Remod to install a roof, siding, windows and gutters. Terrible experience. Bad job, wouldn't address my concerns, a lot of work had to be redone. Instead of just doing the job he was hired to do he gets a lawyer he's related to involved to intimidate me. A third party inspector found issues, the insulation board and siding had to be completely redone (other issues had to be addressed as well). Josh had this redone in the middle of the winter and left materials and trash under snow and ice with my home exposed down to the insulation board for over 50 days (Dec 2024-Feb 2025). Angi recommended Prime Home Remod, over a year+ of headaches and misery. Still have ongoing issues and still doesn't look good at all. Never ever do business with Josh or Prime Home Remod."

"From start to finish the job was completed with attention to detail, on budget and on time. The trim installers (Chris and Danny) were fantastic. They took their time and cared for the project like it was their own house. It was a big project. I had all outside exposed wood covered in trim and/or vinyl soffit. I can't thank Sun Home enough. During the gutter installtion a small piece of the trim was dented and it wasn't a huge problem but the job was done so well that I asked for it to be replaced. This happended, by the way, when a second crew, not Chris and Danny installed the gutters. On final inspection I showed Dave ( saleperson and delightful man) and he said give him a few days and they would take care of it. Like clockwork, he sent Chris back out and took care of it. To Chris, Danny, Rob and Dave, I thank you all for a well-done project from start to finish. I highly recommend Sun Home!!"
