In addition to the patio an area between the sidewalk and the street **I live on a corner** was cleared of weeds and a ground covering and mulch were used to fill it in completely. The new kitchen cabinet & countertops are beautiful, the plumbing was done right, they redid the rotten ramp off my back door so it is safe & will last, & no more hole in the floor by the side door. "Checked around with other Companies to get an estimate on a metal roof after much research on the different styles and quality. Some never returned calls others told me they were really busy because of Hurricane ( DUH really ) would get in touch with me later. So that was pretty discouraging after doing all the research myself then no one to give a Quote. This being said I called Solar Solutions, they told me they would be out to the house by the end of the week, which I was Shocked. Frank came out around 2:00 pm and got on the roof and measured and drew a blueprint and measurements of complete roof. He explained the options which we told him we wanted it done right which was Pricey but the Old saying you pay for what you get. He told us to think about it not pushy at all. He said he had another appointment that he would come back to cover the roof with Blackjack tar after the appointment which it was about 6:00 pm now. (Free of Charge even if you don't get roof done by him) We said it will be getting dark, he said that's why they have flashlights. About 8:00 pm the wife said it sounds like something on the roof, it was him. That sealed the deal for us. He said that we don't have to decided this quick. But we did and signed contract with the deposit. The roof looks Great we got the metal shake shingles by Dura-Loc the job was done by a Very Professional Crew, the neighbors said their roofs were replaced by Cowboys and ours was replaced by Craftsmen which it took 8 eight days to finish, cleaned up each night like nothing was being done here. Our Utility bills have gone down over 40 percent which is great living in Florida air conditioner runs 11 months a year. Plus the air does not struggle at all. Figuring to replace it this year but it hardly runs and does not labor at all. Insurance is cheaper by about 10 percent but the neighbors all went up 25-30 percent plus we went from 2% deductible to $500.00 deductible so I would say it probably went down 45-50%. We are Super Happy with the workmanship of the job done by the companies Great Employees. They are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by us."

"I have to say that I was impressed from the first contact to the completion of the job. We had the pool resurfaced and a waterfall added, a travertine deck installed and an outside fireplace built. It's awesome! The employees were exceptionally skilled and very polite. When I saw something that I thought might be done differently they came up with ideas of their own that were better than mine. Ronny was a great person to work with. The work was excellent and the finished job is beautiful. Ronny is now doing my weekly pool maintenance. "DON'T" go anywhere else."

"We currently added a 800 sq ft addition to our 1910 Victorian home. After meeting Chris we were very excited. When he walked in he noticed certain details that we were not even aware of and was really knowledgable about Pre War homes. He presented us with plans and a proposal to submit to the historic society, and after a few changes, they were approved, and he scheduled us to begin work. Im happy to say 9 months later the family room and kitchen looks incredible! The custom cabinets and millwork is A+ not to mention the beautiful hardwood floors. We had an official house warming and everyone was very impressed with the quality. Chris even stopped by with Dylan his daughter Saturday to bring us a great bottle of wine. "Jim was very good, honest and prompt.  We removed breadboard for the walls in the bathroom and it left the walls with tears and small holes all over.  Jim filled all the holes and skim coated the entire bathroom.  He then replaced a toilet including fixing a bracket(or something under the toilet).  Once I painted, he came back and hung mirrors and towel bars.  Jim cleaned up every time he was here.  He was prompt, efficient and helpful.  Will definitely call him again!"
