The estimate was a little bit cheaper comparing to others (I used 4 companies to get a truly transparent picture of what needs to be done and prevent upselling). "I'm particularly critical of anyone I pay to do a job and not get what I paid for. It's just rude, disrespectful and all those things. I believe in treating others as you would want to be treated. Ripping people off, in my humble opinion, is a form of abuse.
Of course, we're dealing with a business transaction here. Not a friend or relative helping me move my refrigerator to a relative's house. So you just don't know what you're gonna get. Isn't that why you're supposed to withhold payment until the job is done?
 Don't want to get into all the boring details, but there's a reason Central Jersey Removal's ratings are what they are: These guys earned them. Every last detail was attended to removing the refrigerator (including taking apart the door and drawers and the re-assembly) and delivering it to the requested destination and placing it in the house exactly where I wanted.
